By accessing or using Leadix ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Leadix is a lead collection and resume submission platform that allows companies, recruiters, and HR teams to: • Create dynamic lead collection campaigns. • Build customizable application forms. • Collect resumes and applicant information. • Track and manage applications through a status pipeline. • Share campaign pages publicly.

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid mobile number or signing in via Google. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information. • Keep your account credentials secure. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

As a user of Leadix, you agree to: • Use the platform only for lawful purposes. • Not misuse the platform to collect data without proper consent. • Comply with all applicable data protection laws. • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform. • Not use automated tools to access the platform without permission. • Not upload malicious content or files.

If you create campaigns on Leadix, you agree to: • Clearly state the purpose of your data collection. • Obtain necessary consent from applicants. • Handle applicant data in compliance with applicable laws. • Not use collected data for unauthorized purposes. • Respond to data access or deletion requests from applicants.

If you submit an application through a Leadix campaign page: • Your data will be shared with the campaign owner. • You will receive a tracking code to monitor your application status. • You may contact the campaign owner for data-related requests. • Submission of an application does not guarantee employment or response.

The platform, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Leadix and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written consent. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform, including resumes and form submissions.

Leadix processes data on behalf of campaign owners. We act as a data processor, not a data controller, for applicant data. Campaign owners are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis for processing applicant data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Leadix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months. • We are not responsible for the actions of campaign owners or applicants.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination: • Your access to the platform will cease. • Your data will be retained for a reasonable period. • We may delete your data upon request, subject to legal obligations.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then through appropriate legal channels.
